It’s great👍@phd! I had to erase my praise for myself by saying heavyweight for last couple years! Back, chest, delta and even biceps without sacrifice incondition! WTF. Light heavy weight 40 turned pro light heavy 35 3rd light heavy open 5th. Still hanging with the young bucks. I would have done better but they kept us in that hallway waiting are so long between classes I started going flat
