July 10th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Work,no gym.its hot as hell,luckily we got some inside work for the next week or so.Breakfast was peach chobani with strawberries mixed in,1 cinnamon raisin bagel,banana,coffee and water.Lunch will be two turkey n swiss,lett,tomato lite mayo,cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.Today i am grateful to have some inside work during summer.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Will be 97° here today. Gonna hit the gym and ride the bike early today so I can be at the pool when it’s that hot.

Going to the grocery store now. Had some overnight oats and a protein shake first thing.

Haven’t trained yet but will probably hit legs later. Meals are still the same and won’t change until Friday.

Same food bench and other push tonight paid my pl coach so should start program next week he knows s that next week wil be not the best as it’s more recovery from rave

I told him to start program the 22 he said we can start earlier so I told him why also 16 weeks is nice 4 4 week blocks. And that’s when I change compounda to my prep cycle. All the ment I think I have enough ment but I may actually have to order more. I know I got enough tren. I have so much tren that I count justify buying more

I liked 4 week blocks. I only did 3 fir meet prep though. I didn’t train dl’s either.

I mean the first four will be hypertrophy work I’m betting then we will do strength blocks leading into peak
