Back to a PPL routine and today was my rest day. Meals were 3 eggs, cup of potatos and a piece of pepper jack cheese. Yogurt and 2 chicken sausage. Chicken breast with sweet potatoes. Steak, rice and broccoli. Protein shake and a banana.

What’s wrong it’s a harder to get back in the routine…?

For me yeah. I always regret going too far off. Then I feel like I lost time and progress by keeping to moderation.

I think the hardest day for me is day one but after getting in that gym I’m like all right so this is what I’ve been missing out on… That damn pump man
