Good morning gentlemen
Training chest tonight. So far it has been oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese, triscutts, chicken broccoli ziti and teriyaki chicken with rice. Protein shake with a banana post work out.

Ate breakfast fell back asleep supposed to work frost shift but have temp so they making me take test to make sure Iām not sick

6 am breakfast was 3 eggs and 4 sausage patties
9am breakfast was 3 egg whites and 2 sausage patties
Noon lunch then training
