December 27th installment of Diet and Training

Good morning gentlemen
Training chest tonight. So far it has been oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese, triscutts, chicken broccoli ziti and teriyaki chicken with rice. Protein shake with a banana post work out.

Ate breakfast fell back asleep supposed to work frost shift but have temp so they making me take test to make sure Iā€™m not sick

6 am breakfast was 3 eggs and 4 sausage patties

9am breakfast was 3 egg whites and 2 sausage patties

Noon lunch then training

Woke up late.1 protein shake,3 HB eggs no yolk,water,coffee.Back,with farmer carries.
