1. Do you approve of amino asylums new mix or are we sticking with amino unlimited Glutathione Reduced?

2. What dosage schedule do you recommend for each for those considering at home?

I have been using injectable carnitine/ choline blend that I like it is 450mg carnitine, 180mg choline per mL. I take it preworkout only and it seems to give me a slight edge

John and a couple of others got me to give them a shot and they’re pretty good. Cheaper than others, but of course that doesn’t always equate to the best.

I think those are all good things. Choline, glutathione, NAC, and taurine all in one shot.

I’m not sure the bioavailability of subQ vs oral in all those supplements all of the dosages are way low compared to oral supplementation with them, if I’m recalling correctly.

I personally will be stick with my tried and true!
