May 6th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good fuckin morning all.Second night in a row without my sleepin meds,i watched tv ALL FUCKIN NIGHT.Its raining so no work. Went to gym early as fuck,tire flipped,and did legs.Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,4 turkey sausage,3 whole grain toast,banana,coffee n water.Not sure about lunch or dinner for that matter.Appetites been shit,i ate two meals yesterday wtf.Im ornery and pissy, and this i can assure yall,I am gonna take it out on my woman,going in hard,fast,and dry.

Had some baby back ribs. I can’t work out tonight cause need to be up early so just something at home. Will eat a steak later today.

No training, going to see an orthopedic guy tomorrow. My pulled back muscle is now a pinched nerve thats made my hand numb and useless. On the bright side it’s 70 and sunny here so I’ll enjoy while it lasts.

Rest day so just work and walking 295 this morning. After sleeping for 12 hours or so. 4 more weeks of cut if I can lose 15 more pounds and get to 280 I think that will be good hell I think 10 more pounds of fat loss wil look pretty good for me
