Not sure what happened to me Thursday. They called work off and I ate most of the day. Ended up falling asleep after supper and missing the gym. Woke up soaked like someone had thrown a 5 gallon bucket of water on me. Guy who works with me said he had the Flu. So might have been that. Last night’s training was
Seated Row 1×15, 1×14, 2×12
T-Bar Row 1×18, 1×15
Lat Pulldown 1×17, 1×15
Shoulder Press 1×20, 1×16, 1×12
Upright Row 2×20
Lateral Raise 2×15
Front Raise 2×12
Shrugs 2×25, 1×20
My rest have been 30-60 seconds between sets. Just enough to get my breathing back under control.

Yes sir. I weighed about the first week in at 181.2 then weighed again last week at 186.6 and I don’t feel like any of it is water. Still look the same for the most part. Really seeing a difference in my legs.

It does. I can’t hardly climb after leg days. I try to make the other boys climb when I hit legs. Even some of the hills we’re on will set my legs on fire. It got the toughest after I put on weight I wasn’t use to. My spikes would get stuck from being so use to having to kick the tree harder when I was lighter

Goal this year is to get and stay above that 200 pound mark. I’ve hit it before but didn’t keep it.

I’m struggling to stay below 200 on less than 2000 calories a day.

Of course most of y’all move way more than me just in your daily activities/work.

Like @Poppy said. It’s the work I do. All day long I’m moving and slinging weight of some kind. Doing tree work 10 hours a day 5 days a week. I can’t even get any of my crew to even think about the gym.

It definitely is. After we cut it I had to climb that one and take it down. It was bigger than it looks.
