Oops sorry. I’ve been lifting for about 7 years and was was previously very overweight Lost 65 pounds in 2015 and ever since been lifting. A couple of months ago I decided to hop on the bandwagon. Had some good results with this test kit But this one threw me for a loop

Welcome to UGM. A amp does look more like prop but B looks like Enth
You can always do a semi quantitive test. That should only register E and C. Does not work for P.
