What does “user friendly dose” mean?

Is that a reference to dropping the mg/ml from 100 to 75?

Yes some of the dosages have been lowered with some specific hormones due to the fact that some esters can be more problematic with people compared to others, based on sensitivity. Less hormone squeezed into a singular mole.
Example - Testosterone Enanthate 250 is actually more problematic for people compared to Test Cypionate 200, for many reasons. 250 is actually a lot of hormone squeeze into a singular mole, plus test-E can be very uncomfortable for people (user sensitivity will vary).
This is why Test Cyp is the go-to of choice for people who do not do well with TestE.
Lowering the dosages with some of the hormones will make it less problematic.
Test E has had some issues globally for many many years now, it also has a bad reputation with being put out into the market too quickly trying to meet the demand, while synthesizing facilities cut corners, not properly filtering and skipping a lot of filtration processes leaving behind a lot of acidic residues. This is where people can almost have a allergic like response with many Enanthate esterfied compounds, people can actually be allergic to an ester, their lymphatic system will respond like there is an allergy.
